Resumen

La estimación correcta de las necesidades de energía y proteínas es fundamental para asegurar el cuidado nutricional del paciente internado, a fin de evitar tanto los aportes excesivos (que pondrían al paciente en riesgo de
sobrealimentación) como los insuficientes que contribuirían a la perpetuación de la desnutrición [RESUMEN TRUNCADO DESPUÉS DE LAS PRIMERAS 100 PALABRAS].
