Resumen

El hospital como entidad articuladora de la provisión de cuidados alimentarios y nutricionales puede oscurecer la realidad de que una proporción de enfermos mucho mayor de los hospitalizados requiere de tales cuidados en sus hogares de residencia sin que exista una organización que los contenga y los atienda [RESUMEN TRUNCADO DESPUÉS DE LAS PRIMERAS 100 PALABRAS].
